 Take healthy diet and include lots of fiber-rich foods in your diet such as green vegetables and whole grain breads.  Drop the squats and plank.  Drink as much water and eat easily digested food.


4. Stress belly
Features: Feeling bloated around the stomach and tightening of the stomach.

 Causes: chronic stress, skipping meals, drinking too much coffee, eating unhealthy food (snacks, fried foods, food).

 What to do to get rid of stress belly?
 Try to sleep early at night.  When you do not get enough sleep you are stressed and this hinders the production of leptin hormone.  These hormones regulate appetite and metabolism.  Take rest before sleeping.  Exercise breathing, take a long bath and meditate to get rest.  Do not rush in exercising.  Too much cardio can increase cortisol levels.  Do yoga, take long walks or go to the gym.
