1. You are able to sleep well?

If you are feeling healthy then it shows your fit.

3. How much water do you drink?
 Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water daily.  Drinking water along with food can be harmful.  Yes, drinking 1 glass of water about half an hour before eating is beneficial.  With this, we eat food in small quantities.  Drink water only after half an hour of eating.


4. Your clothes fit you?
 If your old clothes have started getting fit with healthy diet and exercise, then you are much more fit than before.  If your jeans are getting loose and you are able to fit in a top or shirt from years ago, then you are becoming thinner.


5. You feel active?
 Increasing excess weight can make you feel tired and lethargic throughout the day.  When you start getting healthy, you become active leaving the old habits.  If you exercise regularly, then you feel more active.  Less laziness and less sleep are also signs of being healthy.
