Gym Goals??

KEY THAT SHOULD KEEP IN MIND BEFORE GOING TO GYM....

1.A BIG "NO" TO MAKEUP: If you want to look good at the gym then keep your look Natural and avoid makeup because later during the workout it will all melt off and make you look bad..

 

2.WRONG TECHNIQUES: In most of the gym coach are less Experienced and they don't have proper knowledge .because of wrong instruct most of people spend time on the tredmill and other cardio exercise this not correct way because later makes your muscles brittle.



3.PROTEINS ARE BEST SOURCE FOR GYM: protien is a must for everyone evan if you just started gym Because it help in alignting your muscles perfectly and makes strong after heavy workout,it is very important to have a Good diet which is rich in Protien to make your body strong.


4.ALWAYS STAY HYDRATED : when you do heavy workout it's make your body Dehydrated so it's important to drink water or Ors to keep your body Hydrated and avoid Cramps....
