GYM FAILURE??

1.you skip the warm up: warming-up is important of any workout.it's take only few mintues to get your blood pumping so you can just do quick walk,or dynamic stretches..
2.Yor're not lifting heavy weight: you must lift heavy weights to see good Result in you..
3.Most of you too busy taking selfies between sets: you all forget the gym is for working out.
4.you push yourself when you need rest: when you're tired or over trained most of the risk injury so take emough rest.
5.Not eating pre-workout meal: many of your thinking cutting calories before hitting the gym to help reduce your weight ,the it's wrong.your body need properly Hydration..
6.you lean on the cardio: Nothing ruins a cardio workout means leaning on the cardio get hand off from the bars,stand stright and adjust the level.
7.you don't take enogh amount of sleep:Above 20 all of you need at least seven hours of sleep a night...
