3.Always take suggestions from certified trainer.
4.Choose your good gym buddy then your things will become Easier..
5.Never feel shame to have good personal Trainer..
6.Supplements are good source ,Don't invest money if your new beginer ,do reguler gym and then you can start According to the Requirment.
7.30% is Gym rest 70% its all abot your diet.
8. DO Gym properly or Don't do it at all.
