So Here Some workout Tips which you can do at home with out any Equipment...

1.Body Weight Squats :25 Reps.

             

                 

 2.Walking Lunges: 12 Reps. Each Legs.

       
  
3.Push Ups:12 Reps.

         

4.One Arm Dumbbell Row(use any weight or Water Gallon Jug.):10Reps.. Each Arm.
      


5.Plank:30sec (2sets)


      

6.Jumping Jacks:25 Reps..
